Cancelation Policy For Individual Registration
- Cancellations made by October 31, 2024, will receive an 85% refund.
- From November 1, 2024, onwards, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Group Registration
*A discount of USD 50 per person will be applied for a group of 5 and above.
Cancelation Policy For Group Registration
- Non-refundable.
- Changing to individual registration is allowed.
- Changing names or individual registrations within the group is allowed.
